I ordered take out and when I arrived my food was ready. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The waitress was busy doing something but she immediately greeted me with a smile upon entering. I ordered butter chicken, Aloo gobi, and garlic naan. Omg the naan is some of the best I've tasted. I ordered medium spice due to other reviews saying medium spice level was almost too spicy to eat but to me it was not spicy at all so next time I will definitely up the spice level. The butter chicken was a little too sweet but had great flavor that you don't wanna stop eating it. The Aloo gobi was good but it lacked a little seasoning. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back to try other dishes.

Indian food has been on my bucket list for a while, and I finally got the chance to check off another spot! My friends and I decided to try this place, and let me just say, it did not disappoint. First off, the star of the night? Our waitress! She was hilarious, full of energy, and kept the vibe super fun throughout the evening. Attentive without being overbearing, she checked in on us often, making sure everything was perfect. Now, yes, the food took a bit longer than usual to arrive, but honestly, it wasn't a dealbreaker. We were having a good time, and it was worth the wait. The food itself? Delicious! While I'm still a newbie to Indian cuisine, I've tried a few places, and compared to those, this one is a little more on the "pay-per-item" side since it's a la carte. For four of us, the total came to about $150, which got us two orders of samosas, two orders of rice, three types of naan, four entrees, three alcoholic drinks, and a soda. The tandoori was the standout in terms of portions--it had plenty of meat, while some of the other entrees left us wanting just a little more. But in terms of flavor and quality? Spot on. Every bite was packed with the kind of bold, rich flavors you hope for in Indian food. The pricing is fair for the quality you get, though I'd love to see just a bit more in the portion department for certain dishes. All in all, this place is a must-try for anyone looking to spice up their night with great food, great company, and an even better vibe. I'll definitely be back!

I haven't been here since pre-COVID and really glad Indias oven was able to stay open in Tower post-COVID. A friend and I came in for a late dinner in Tower. India's Oven was open until 10pm on a weeknight. Ordered the Aloo Vindaloo, the Bengan Bharta, side of plain naan and garlic naan. They had 3 spice levels, mild, medium and spicy. We opted for spicy for both. The aloo vindaloo was delicious! It was a rich tomato based curry with potato pieces and was spicy as requested. We could have gone spicier as we can both tolerate spicy food. It paired so well with the naan, this dish was the highlight of the night. The Bengan Bharta was good, but not as good as the aloo vindaloo. It was eggplant based and I tasted a lot of ginger. The plain naan tasted better to me with the Bengan Bharta compared to the garlic naan. I came in the past and there was a really unique eggplant dish I last enjoyed but couldn't remember what it was called. This wasn't the dish unfortunately. I enjoyed the plain naan more than the garlic naan. The plain naan was fluffier. The garlic naan was probably cooked longer, (burnt in some parts) and crispier. Marsala Michelada - super good! I loved their take on it. They use an Indian beer, Taj Mahal, it was super smooth if you enjoy a good michelada. I loved it!
